WOD

15 minutes to alternate through skill work for:
Pullup/Muscle-Up
Handstand
Double Under

Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes:
5 Deadlifts
5 Front Squats
15 Second Hollow Out
Build weight throughout, goal is heavy but perfect.
