“Strict Press Biathlon”
For Time (30 min cap):
600M Run
21 Unbroken Strict Press (95/65)
600M Run
18 Unbroken Strict Press
600M Run
15 Unbroken Strict Press

200M Run penalty must be completed any time the strict press is broken.

The bar can only be held in the front rack or overhead position, and movement cannot pause for more than a few seconds. All presses are strict, any bend in the knee or hip will be considered a no-rep and the set is broken.
