As we come to the end of the Whole Life Challenge, the challenge does not end for you. The purpose was not to cleanse or do a 60 day diet, the point was to kickstart a lifestyle change. To get you closer to how you want/should/need to live. The choice to continue with the changes that were implemented through the leverage of a game will make a difference in your life for many years to come. You can do it, you are strong enough, and you have our support!

Pause Back Squat: 4×2@80% w/ 3 second pause, rest as needed

30 Pushups
40 Lunges
50 Situps
60 Squats
ME Burpees
Record total number of reps completed (not including row). 

Extra

Power Snatch + Snatch T&G: 8 sets ascending to max for complex in 8 min

Clean: Every 60 sec: 50/5, 60/3, 70/2, 80/1, 85/1, 90/1, 70/2, 75/1, 85/1, 90/1, 95/1, 100/1, 80/3*3
