Thursday at 7PM is the big announcement for 15.2. A couple of us will be doing the workout right after the announcement. Come watch the announcement with us and cheer everyone on as they complete the workout!

5 Rounds, NOT For Time:
300m Row at conversation pace
10 Hollow Rocks
5 Pistols each leg
30 sec of handstand practice (hold or walk)

WOD (If you are doing 15.2 on SATURDAY)

Strength
Turkish Get-ups: 4×3 each arm at medium weight
Hollow/Arch Swings – 4×10

Conditioning
AMRAP in 8 minutes:
21 AbMat Sit-Up
18 KB Swings (53/35)
15 Push-Ups

Extra
GOAT Work 15-20 minutes
Pick the two things you struggle with the most and alternate technical work for 15-20
