No Mobility Classes this Weekend. Laura, Jourdan, Erik, and I will be competing at the Locked & Loaded weightlifting meet. CrossFit Wylie will have a normal 9AM & 10AM schedule on Saturday.

2-Pos Snatch (1 from Hips + 1 from Knee):
15 minutes of technique work

Three sets for max reps of:
60 seconds of Box Jumps (24/20)
60 seconds of Push Press (75/55)
60 seconds of Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
60 seconds of Burpees
Rest 60 seconds
