Schedule
Heat 1 at 9AM
Group Photo with everyone at 10AM, after everyone from 9AM has finished.
Heat 2 following the Group Photo.

WOD

DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED if you can’t do the entire workout (not many can). We will scale it down, partner people up, or change the movements if needed, but everyone can do it! The idea is to challenge yourself and do a little more and go a little faster each year.

Unless you have a 20+ score on Cindy, we don’t recommend a vest. If you don’t know what Cindy is, don’t wear a vest.

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.
