In teams of three, complete five rounds each, for time:
Row 500 Meters
20 Wallballs (12/20)
10 Push Press (115/75)

Each team member will start at a different station and may not rotate to the next station until all team members have completed their reps.

Extra

Snatch: 5 singles every 30 sec @ 60%, rest 2 min,
5 singles every 30 sec @ 70%, rest 2 min,
5 singles every 30 sec @ 75%, rest 2 min,
5 singles every 30 sec @ 80%, rest 2 min,
1 rep increasing by 5% until 2 misses at 85% and above

CJ: 5 singles every 45 sec @ 60%, rest 2 min,
5 singles every 45 sec @ 70%, rest 2 min,
5 singles every 45 sec @ 75%, rest 2 min,
5 singles every 45 sec @ 80%, rest 2 min,
1 rep increasing by 5% until 2 misses at 85% and above

FS: 6 sets of 2 @ 100% of max triple from two weeks ago
