Alternating Tabata for for 8 rounds each:
Squat Hold
High Plank (on hands)

CONDITIONING
EMOM for 12 minutes:
ODDS: 6-8 Strict Pullups
EVENS: 4 Thrusters

Thrusters are unbroken with smooth press to squat transition. Record thruster weight.
