Strength/Mobility
Overhead Squat: 3×3, 2×2, 1×1  w/ 3 second pause

Conditioning
Tabata (8 rounds each):
Pushups
Abmat Situps
Strict Pullups

All 8 rounds of pushups, then Situps, then squats. Record lowest round for each exercise.
