Save the Date

Saturday, October 17th
CrossFit Wylie & CrossFit Torva will be hosting a competition at CrossFit Torva in Addison! We will have Individual and Team divisions for scaled, rx, teens, & masters! We will have a lot of vendors, prizes for the top teams, and loads of good times! More information will be announced soon. Spread the word!

Strength
Alternate:
Bench Press: 1×6, 1×3, 3×1 to 1RM
Ring Row: 5×10 sec max reps at bodyweight

Conditioning
EMOM x 21 min:
0:00- 12 Burpees
1:00- 6 Deadlift (60-70%)
2:00- 3 Wall Walks or 20ft HS Walk

Extra

15 minutes of technique w/ Snatch, Clean, or Jerk (60% or less)

5 rounds (strict) – 5 narrow grip PU, 5 normal grip PU, 5 wide grip PU.

After Cond: 5×10 ab wheel
