YOGA
Yoga start Thursday at 530AM & 600PM. We have a limited number of yoga mats but suggest you bring one if you can.
Rates:
– FREE for members with an Unlimited Membership
– $10/class for members with a 3 Day per Week Membership
(this way you get 3 days of CF + 1 day of yoga)
– $20/class for non-members
(open to the public)

WOD

Strength
5 Sets:
6-8 Strict Pullups
8-10 Barbell Floor Wipers (demo)

Conditioning
1 Mile Run for Time
Rest as needed
then complete 4-6 100M Sprints

Extra

Just a reminder for those of you that complete the extra on a regular basis, Thursday’s are considered a rest day. Train hard – recover hard.
