In 10 minutes find max Snatch + Hang snatch: 1+1
Or work on technique.

 

Conditioning
Teams of three, alternating stations for 4 rounds for time (20 min cap):
15 TTB
10 DL (225/155)
20/16 Cal Row

Each athlete starts at a different station and the entire team rotates when everyone is ready.

In 8 minutes find max Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk: 1+1+1

FS: Find 2RM in 8 minutes
