Snatch pull to above knee + Snatch: 15 min to build with emphasis on technique

In teams of two, AMRAP in 20 min:
80 Double Unders
60 Deadlift (115/75)
40 Toes to Bar
20 Overhead Squat (115/75)


BS: 10 min EMOM – 2 BS w/ 2 sec. pause each at 85% of last weeks 2rm

5 sets
-2 Strict TTB + 4 kipping TTB + 4 Pullups + 2 Bar MU

After Conditioning
80 GHD situps – split as desired
