75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible



Before Conditioning
3 sets: every 3 min.
1 set Max kipping hspu
*any stop of momentum or rest at bottom is a stop

After Conditioning
6 sets
-8 plyo pushups (pushup moving hands to 45# plates at top of rep)
-6 behind the neck pullups

20 wallwalks
*at the top of each perform 2 lateral steps e/ direction w/ chin and toes on wall
