Please try to make it in for an early class. If you can’t, this workout can be done at home. Complete your 20 OHS for the day. Then substitute the pullups for squats, situps, burpees, push-ups, or another of your favorites if you don’t have a Pullup Bar.

Last thing… we have more cups for the fountain. But PLEASE bring reusable water bottles or cups. We go through a LOT of disposable cups and generate a LOT of avoidable waste in the process.
