Primer
2 Sets:
3 Hang Muscle Snatch
3 Snatch Grip Push Press
3 Drop Snatch
3 OHS

Strength
(15-20 minutes)
Snatch: Build to heavy, but technical, 1RM – no misses.

Hang Snatch + Snatch: Drop down to 70% and perform 3 sets of of Hang Snatch + Snatch.

Conditioning
In Teams of 2, AMRAP for 16 minutes (one person working at a time):
200m Partner DBall Carry
20 DBall Squats*
20 DBall Cleans
20 T2B
