100 Pull-Ups
200M Farmer’s Carry (100M each)
100 Wallballs
200M Farmer’s Carry (100M each)
100 Burpee over the Box (24/20″)
200M Farmer’s Carry (100M each)

Competition Training

1) Three rounds not for time (no longer than 15 min):
2 Rope Climbs (15′)
4 Bar Muscle-Ups
8 Handstand Push-Ups to a 6″/4″ Deficit
Rest as needed

2) 6 minute AMRAP of:
4 Power Cleans (185/125 lb)
8 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Rest exactly 4 minutes, and then . . .

3) 6 minute AMRAP of:
5 Snatches (Full – 135/95 lb)
10 Burpees

Rest exactly 4 minutes, and then . . .

4) Row 1K for Time
