Saturday Schedule
8AM Open Gym & Competition Training
9AM WOD

We will keep the double Saturday classes, but this Saturday we want to keep everyone together for a big fun workout, so 9AM only.

5K Run for time

Comp Training

Every 12 minutes for 36 minutes (3 sets) of:
Run 1 Mile (1600 Meters) as quickly as possible.

If you skip this you better have a good reason. If you can’t make it at 8AM, do it at home or go find a track.
