5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

NOTES: You must demonstrate the ability to complete 2 dead hang strict pullups before you will be allowed to kip. Also, never kip when using a band because it’s pointless, just use more band and perform strict pullups. Lastly, the prescribed push-ups must be done without a worm, once you start worming, go to the knees.
