Saturday, 15 people participated competed in the team workout. The first “event” was a Clean Ladder, where everyone started at a low weight, and increased their weight 10lbs every minute until they could no longer complete the clean. The energy was awesome, the pace was perfect, and everyone had a blast. Of course, it’s easy to have fun when EVERY SINGLE PERSON SETS A PR. That’s right. Every single person set a new 1RM on the clean, even the people that have been lifting for more than a couple years. Oh yeah, then we did some higher intensity stuff that was cool too.
