The gym is almost to done! There are a ton of things to be sorted out and finished up, but we WILL be open for classes Monday.

Wednesday – 04/25/12

Since I’m going to be gone judging The CrossFit Games competition this weekend, NO CLASSES THURSDAY – MONDAY. Next week is up in the air because we should be moving into the new building Tuesday. I will keep everyone updated via the website.

We have a STORE. Awesome.

So, the “World Series of Exercise” continues this weekend, and your awesome coach was selected to go judge the regional event in San Antonio this weekend. I am leaving Thursday so NO CLASSES THUR-MON. I will be back on Tuesday, and I will keep everyone updated via the website, but when I get back we may be able to move into the building, fingers crossed.

Park WOD 04/21/12

Big day. Placed the down payment on the building! Should start moving in on the 1st!
