25 Box Jumps (24/20)
25 Straight Arm Front Squats (45/35)
25 Abmat Situps
25 V-Ups
400M Run

Clean & Jerk – 3×3, 2×2, 2×1 Build to Heavy
rest 90 sec between sets, 10 sec between reps

Pause Back Squat (5 second pause at bottom) 5×3 Build to Heavy
