Tina is passionate about yoga, fitness, and all things outdoors.  She served in the US Army in 1989 where she learned about discipline and hard work, but it wasn’t until she had her sixth daughter that she learned that life needs to have a balance. Shortly before turning 40, Tina began to examine her life and realized that in order to teach her daughters to care for and love themselves she needed to be the example. Eight years later she has hiked the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim (24 miles in 12 hours) twice, became certified in both Master level Yoga and Group fitness Instruction and is currently training to be a Yoga Therapist. She travels around the US on speaking engagements and has recently published her first book. Her new passion is bringing Yoga to CrossFit.
“I love the athlete’s mindset.  I love how hard they work and am passionate to help them relax in the midst of chaos.  My passion is to help people to realize that they are enough, they are strong, and that they matter, regardless of their ability or fitness level”

Change is not something that we should fear. Rather, it is something that we should welcome. For without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they’re meant to be.
