I’ve never done yoga before, what should I wear? Do I need a mat? Can I rent or purchase one at the studio?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move and stretch in. We have yoga mats for beginners but encourage you to buy your own should you continue.

Do I need to check in before class or can I just show up?

Tina is passionate about yoga, fitness, and all things outdoors.  She served in the US Army in 1989 where she learned about discipline and hard work, but it wasn’t until she had her sixth daughter that she learned that life needs to have a balance. Shortly before turning 40, Tina began to examine her life and realized that in order to teach her daughters to care for and love themselves she needed to be the example. Eight years later she has hiked the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim (24 miles in 12 hours) twice, became certified in both Master level Yoga and Group fitness Instruction and is currently training to be a Yoga Therapist. She travels around the US on speaking engagements and has recently published her first book. Her new passion is bringing Yoga to CrossFit.
