CrossFit Kids combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weight training elements to develop capacity across all essential physical skills, with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and vestibular system development.
Children have a great opportunity to maximize their physical skills when exposed to this stimulus during years of peak development, and the elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained while teaching them proper movement mechanics and creating a broad athletic foundation.
In CrossFit Kids, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, thus creating a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Group training is the perfect solution for the individual looking for a supportive, motivating community that shares their desire to be healthier and happier.
Levels are based on a combination of age, skill, and experience.
- Introduce Preschoolers and Kindergarteners to fitness.
- Short, fun classes with a play-based curriculum.
LEVEL 1Ages 6-8
- Level 1 builds on the foundation of FUN.
- The skills expand to include foundational fitness movements and more structure.
LEVEL 2Ages 9-12
- Experienced and Skilled
- Level 2 builds with more structure and slightly more advanced movements, preparing them for Level 3.
LEVEL 3Ages 13+
- WITH Approval of Coach
- Level 3 classes are for young athletes ready for moderate strength training, more advanced skills, and higher intensity.

Been coming for about 10 months. The coaches are focused on form to protect you from injury. They scaled me the first several weeks and continue to scale the movements for my current abilities. I am stronger and faster than I was coming in as a runner/triathlete with minimal strength training. The community is fantastic! Great environment for building friendships and accountability. Great for couples and families looking to add fitness into their lifestyle.
I joined CrossFit Wylie about four years ago. I am now in better shape at 46 than I was at 26. My wife has also recently joined and my two kids ages 11 and eight have done CrossFit at Wylie for about two years. When I say that CrossFit Wylie is a unique place that has fundamentally changed my life and my family’s life for the better I am in no way overstating reality. Thank you to all the coaches and all the members to make working out at this level of joy.
I’ve never felt better in my life! Finally, I’ve found a fitness regimen that works…and is producing the results I wish I could have obtained in my 20’s and 30’s! I played football thru high school, spent my 20’s snow skiing (taught one season as PSIA instructor), and windsurfing…and I think about how much better of an athlete or competitor I would have been if I had this type of training/fitness program back then!

The coaches are top-notch and extremely helpful with technique as you progress through your fitness journey. I started Crossfit Wylie 3 months ago after coming from another box. The coaching is awesome and the CFW community is even better. Everyone is very encouraging and is there to motivate and help you meet your fitness goal. Whether you’re a beginner to fitness, haven’t exercised in some time or a regular at the gym this place will push you and help you meet your goals. It’s truly a gym for any fitness level. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a positive and healthy lifestyle change like I was. You will not be disappointed!
CFW has knowledgeable caring coaches and a community of supportive patrons! You get an incredibly varied workout that challenges you every day, it’s the only routine I have stuck with because I never get bored! Not only will you walk away feeling stronger and accomplished but you also walk away with new friends who support you like family.
