CrossFit Kids combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weight training elements to develop capacity across all essential physical skills, with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and vestibular system development.
Children have a great opportunity to maximize their physical skills when exposed to this stimulus during years of peak development, and the elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained while teaching them proper movement mechanics and creating a broad athletic foundation.
In CrossFit Kids, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, thus creating a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Supportive community
Group training is the perfect solution for the individual looking for a supportive, motivating community that shares their desire to be healthier and happier.
The Levels
Levels are based on a combination of age, skill, and experience.
PRE-K
Ages 3-5- Introduce Preschoolers and Kindergarteners to fitness.
- Short, fun classes with a play-based curriculum.
LEVEL 1
Ages 6-8- Level 1 builds on the foundation of FUN.
- The skills expand to include foundational fitness movements and more structure.
LEVEL 2
Ages 9-12- Experienced and Skilled
- Level 2 builds with more structure and slightly more advanced movements, preparing them for Level 3.
LEVEL 3
Ages 13+- WITH Approval of Coach
- Level 3 classes are for young athletes ready for moderate strength training, more advanced skills, and higher intensity.

- Thursday | 4:00-4:30pm
LEVEL 1
Ages 6-8- Monday | 5:45-6:15pm
- Wednesday | 5:45-6:15pm
LEVEL 2
Ages 9-12- Monday | 6:30-7:15pm
- Tuesday | 6:30-7:15pm
- Wednesday | 6:30-7:15pm
- Thursday | 6:30-7:15pm
LEVEL 3
Ages 13+- Tuesday | 6:30-7:15pm
- Thursday | 6:30-7:15pm
- Saturday | 10:00-10:45pm
