While our Group Training program is designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community when it comes to achieving specific goals nothing beats private training. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program equates to faster results.
Private Training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
Your private training experience will be tailored to your specific needs, and will include:
- Mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion
- Skill-based warm-up to prepare for specific movement patterning
- Strength and conditioning exercises chosen to specifically achieve your goal
- Post-workout recovery techniques
- Nutritional guidance
- Health, wellness, and lifestyle support
Who is it for?
Private training is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
One-on-One or Small Groups
To best suit the needs of our members, we offer private training with personalized program design in both one-on-one and small group settings.
One-on-one coaching is a phenomenal way to receive the undivided attention of one of our expert coaches, but if it doesn’t fit into your budget, we encourage you to consider our small group training option.
Been coming for about 10 months. The coaches are focused on form to protect you from injury. They scaled me the first several weeks and continue to scale the movements for my current abilities. I am stronger and faster than I was coming in as a runner/triathlete with minimal strength training. The community is fantastic! Great environment for building friendships and accountability. Great for couples and families looking to add fitness into their lifestyle.
I joined CrossFit Wylie about four years ago. I am now in better shape at 46 than I was at 26. My wife has also recently joined and my two kids ages 11 and eight have done CrossFit at Wylie for about two years. When I say that CrossFit Wylie is a unique place that has fundamentally changed my life and my family’s life for the better I am in no way overstating reality. I’ve never felt better in my life! Finally, I’ve found a fitness regimen that works…and is producing the results I wish I could have obtained in my 20’s and 30’s! I played football thru high school, spent my 20’s snow skiing (taught one season as PSIA instructor), and windsurfing…and I think about how much better of an athlete or competitor I would have been if I had this type of training/fitness program back then!

I started Crossfit Wylie 3 months ago after coming from another box. The coaching is awesome and the CFW community is even better. Everyone is very encouraging and is there to motivate and help you meet your fitness goal. Whether you’re a beginner to fitness, haven’t exercised in some time or a regular at the gym this place will push you and help you meet your goals. It’s truly a gym for any fitness level.
