So, the “World Series of Exercise” continues this weekend, and your awesome coach was selected to go judge the regional event in San Antonio this weekend. I am leaving Thursday so NO CLASSES THUR-MON. I will be back on Tuesday, and I will keep everyone updated via the website, but when I get back we may be able to move into the building, fingers crossed.

Today’s workout will be at 4:30 & 5:30PM. This workout will be located at Wylie Community Park, the specific parking lot is marked on the map I linked. No registration needed, come join us.

1 Squat Snatch every 30 sec. for 5 minutes @ 70%.

Conditioning
5 rounds for reps of:
45 sec. of 20 Meter Sprints
15 sec. of Rest
45 sec. of Thrusters (95/65)
15 sec. of Rest
