The 3rd Annual CF4CF Fundraiser & Competition is on May 30th!

Last year, over 120 athletes battled it out. We ran ahead of schedule, handed out some awesome prizes, and most importantly, we raised over $10,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation! We want to make this year even more beneficial for the Foundation but need your help to do that!

Note: this covers everything for the first two events. The final event for the top Rx and Scaled teams will not be announced until the day of. The standards for the final event will be slightly more challenging, but nothing crazy!

Front Rack Walking Lunges (125/85)
Burpees Over the Bar (Jump)
Double Unders
Wallballs (20/12 to 10ft)
Toes-to-Bar
Row
Snatch (No minimum)
Clean & Jerk (No minimum)
Running
Kettlebell Thruster (35/26)
Deadlift (185/125)

Scaled:
Front Rack Walking Lunges (85/55)
Burpees Over the Bar (Jump or Step)
Athlete’s Option: Double Unders or 8″ Box Jump
Wallballs (12/8 to 9ft)
Toes-to-Wall (Like a V-Up, but toes go to wall behind the head)
Row
Snatch (No minimum)
Clean & Jerk (No minimum)
Running
Kettlebell Thruster (26/18)
Deadlift (135/85)
