Strength
EMOM x 12 min:
Odd min: 5 Front Squats @ 60% from the floor
Even min: 8 C2B Pullups OR 40 sec whatever comes first

Conditioning
10 Rounds:
3 Hang Power Snatches (95/65)
6 Jumping Lunges
9 Hand Release Pushups
Rest 20 sec between rounds

Extra
Deadlift: 4×3 @ 85%, rest as needed, maintain TNG throughout all sets

AMRAP in 8:
100m sprint
8 Burpees
8 Deadlifts (275/185)
