60 Bar-Facing Burpees
30 Overhead Squats (95/65)
20 Chest-to-Bar Pullups

or the Original 11.4: 120/90 OHS, 10 Muscle-Ups

Extra
For Time:
30 Power Cleans (@60% of Max Clean)
Every 90 sec complete 50m sprint (25m down and back)
