Strength
2 Position Clean (Clean + Hang Clean): Work up to heavy single for the complex.

Conditioning
4 Rounds of
AMRAP in 2 minutes:
10 Hang Power Snatch (75/55)
14 OH Walking Lunges (75/55)
18 Abmat Situps
Rest 1 minute between AMRAPs, pick up where you left off.

Extra
Snatch: Work to max in no more than 10 attempts
Then complete 3 Rounds:
6 Power Snatch @ 50% of max from the day
6 burpee Pullups

Pause Back Squat: 3×2@70%, 2 sec pause @ the bottom

Strict Press: 5,5,3,3,3 increase load each set,
rest as needed
Chest To Ring Strict Pullup: 5 sets X30 sec ME Reps, no kipping,
rest as needed
