Friday Schedule

Because of the Club Championship, we will have a limited schedule this Friday:
530AM / 630AM / 830AM / 400PM

It’s Day One of the Club Championship! Heats are posted, and the shirts are made. If this is your first time doing something like this with us, you need to warmup on your own and be ready to go when your heat is called. If you can’t make it Friday night, Friday’s WOD will be the same workouts, or you have until Tuesday to make them up.

Everyone is welcome to come cheer, help judge, and hang out. We start at 6PM sharp.

AMRAP in 12 Minutes:
10 Deadlift
15 Meter Waiters Walks (Left)
10 Burpees Over Bar
15 Meter Waiters Walk (Right)
10 Toes to Bar

Men Rx: 185DL / 70WW
Men Masters: 155DL / 53WW
Men Scaled: 125DL / 35WW / 20 Situps
Women Rx: 125DL / 45WW
Women Masters: 105DL / 35WW
Women Scaled: 85DL / 26WW / 20 Situps

2016 Club Championship Event 2: “Tour de Wylie”
Bike as many Calories as possible in 2 minutes;
If you get 30/22, your cap increases to 3 minutes;
If you get 45/33, your cap increases to 4 minutes;
If you get 60/44, your cap increases to 5 minutes;
If you get 75/55, your cap increases to 6 minutes;
If you get 90/66, your cap increases to 7 minutes.
