15.2 crew, crushing it right after the Thursday Announcement!



I’ll post 15.2 strategy and tips in the members FB group. If you aren’t on FB and want help, shoot me an email. We’ve done this before and tonight a group of us did the workout and confirmed that we have a great strategy for those planning on making it past the first couple 3 min rounds, and for everyone else. Remember to let us know if you can’t make Saturday or need early/late heat.

If you are registered for the Open, be sure to review the 15.2 scaled, masters, and teen options, as well as the movement standards HERE!


If you are doing 15.2 Saturday:
10 min of T-Spine, Ankle, & Hip Mobility

4 Rounds, NOT For Time:
500m Row at conversation pace
10 Hollow Rocks
4×1 Pullups or C2B Pullups (NO MORE THAN 4 per Round)
5 OHS (no heavier than 15.2 weight)


From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds
