WOD – Club Championship Events 1 & 2

Strength / Event 1 – “Double Snatch”
In 5 minutes, advance to the heaviest weight possible:
Each round is 2 Snatches (any style) and 7 Double Unders (20 singles for scaled).
Increase the load with each successful each round.

Rx & Masters Women: Begin with 65lb and increase by 5-10lb each round.
Scaled Women: Begin with 35lb and increase by 5-10lb each round.
Rx & Masters Men: Begin with 95lb and increase by 10-20lb each round.
Scaled Men: Begin with 65lb and increase by 10-20lb each round.

Conditioning / Event 2 – “Speed Chipper”
Rx – For Time (11 minute cap):
50 Wallballs (20 to 10′ / 14 to 9′)
40 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 Pullups
20 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Clean & Jerks (155/105)
5 Muscle Ups

Masters – For Time (11 minute cap):
50 Wallballs (20 to 10′ / 12 to 9′)
40 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 Pullups
20 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Clean & Jerks (135/85)
5 Muscle Ups

Scaled – For Time (11 minute cap):
50 Wallballs (20 to 9′ / 12 to 8′)
40 Box Jumps (20/17 step or jump)
30 Jumping Pullups
20 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Clean & Jerks (95/65)
