Clean and Jerk – 50/3, 60/3, 70/2, 75/2, 80/1, 85/1, 88/1, 75/2, 80/1, 85/1, 88/1

Complete -1 rep of max MU (just before failure) + 6-8 Ring Dips @ top x 4 sets, rest as needed
