Friday is the last day of the Club Championship! Be there by 6 for a briefing and to warmup. If you aren’t competing we have a couple extra shirts for anyone that judges!

2016 Club Championship Event 3 – “Conga Line”

Clean & Jerk 1RM (any style)

One bar per group, taking turns. Time limits (below) start when the bar is ready to be lifted. After every athlete has taken an attempt, the weight increases. Only one attempt for each athlete per weight.

Weights:
Men Rx: 155 175 195 205 215 225 235 240 etc
Men Masters: 115 135 145 155 165 175 185 195 205 210 etc
Men Scaled: 95 105 115 125 135 145 155 165 etc
Women Rx/Masters: 75 85 95 105 115 120 125 etc
Women Scaled: 35 45 55 65 70 75 80 85 90 95 100 etc

Time to lift once the bar is ready:
10+ athletes – 10 sec
9-5 athletes – 15 sec
4-2 athletes – 30 sec
