No Saturday workout and NO classes Monday. Sorry everyone. I’ve had these braces in my mouth for almost three years, and I’m NOT missing the appointment to have them removed.

On Monday I will post an at home workout that will be challenging and required zero equipment. I expect good form and deep squats.

Today was a little quiet. I want you to take rest days from time to time when your body is asking for one. However, unlike a Globo Gym, I actually want you to come to the gym. Five days a week folks, that’s the way to get to where you want to be.

6-8min of foam rolling and/or band stretching (legs or arms)
