WOD

1) 20 minutes to find 1RM Power Clean

2) 5 Rounds for time (60 sec on, 60 sec off):
5 Power Clean (155/105)
5 Burpees over the Bar

You will complete as much as you can in 60 sec. Rest for 60 sec. Then pick up where you left off. Repeat until you complete 5 rounds.

COMP

1)Front Squat EMOM for 8 minutes: 2@75-80%

2) 3-Position Clean 5X1@70-80%
High hang, Above Knee, 2″ below the knee. Rest as needed

3) Four sets for max reps of:
30 seconds of Power Cleans @ 60% of 1RM Clean
Rest 90 seconds. Record load and reps.

4) Three rounds for time of:
5 Back Squats @ 80%
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
