Don’t forget to enter your 14.5 scores. Everyone did a great job during the Open. Many of you were humbled by some events and movements, many of you surpassed your own expectations on some workouts and movements. As coaches that’s why we want you to do these things. You never know what you are capable of until you try. Good or bad, it’s a telling experience that will help you progress and reach your goals.
