After each set, 20 Unbroken Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
Rest 2 minutes

6 minute AMRAP:
2 Burpees
2 Goblet Squats
4 Burpees
4 Goblet Squats
6 Burpees
6 Goblet Squats
8,10, and so forth until time expires.
