Split Jerk – 15 minutes of technique work
If perfect, work up to 90% of 1RM

3 Rounds for Time (20 min cap):
400M Run
20 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
20 C2B Pullups
20 Pushups

This is the final week of the cycle. We will be maxing on lifts and completing a benchmark WOD this week. Stick to the numbers and as always, do everything in order. Record your results every day. If you feel like you need more work, do more warmup reps.
