This workout is dedicated to the 13 soldiers who were killed on August 26, 2021, in Kabul Airport, Afghanistan, while on a dangerous and noble mission to save the lives of others. They were assisting in the evacuation of U.S. citizens and friendly Afghan nationals. More information can be read about here.

*Rx+ Weight Vest (20/14)

Can be completed with a partner (not qualified as Rx+, BUT highly recommended).
Split reps as needed, only one partner working at a time.
