AMRAPs in 6-5-4-3 minutes each:
30 Double Unders
12 C2B Pullups
9 Burpees
Complete 6min AMRAP, then 5min AMPRAP, and so on. Rest 90 sec between AMRAPs, starting from top each time.
Strength
Every OTHER Minute on the Minute x 10 min:
Front Squat x 2 @ 85-90%
Extra – After Class
6 sets
– 2/4 strict HSPU + 8 kipping HSPU
( focus on driving head through each rep)
EMOM x 8 min:
3 Snatches @ 75% + 8 Lateral Box Jump Overs (24/20)
5 Sets of:
15 Hollow V-ups + 30ft Handstand Walk
