In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

(Please ensure that you show up ON TIME to the allotted heat time that you have signed up for. General instructions and warm-ups will be given exactly on the hour and workouts are expected to take the whole time.)
