Update (10:20AM 07/02/12): Sorry to those of you I cancelled on this morning and thanks to the 6:30AM class. Everything is fine. I went to a local urgent care center for the abdominal pains. So far, they stopped the pain, ran some test and sent me packing while they wait for results. They don’t think it’s serious, just gas build up that caused the pain of a golf ball moving through the stomach. No big deal. All classes are back on, for now.

July membership fees are due. Also, there are a couple people that made pledges to donate for CrossFit for Hope and still need to finalize their donations. Please take care of that for the kids!
