Today’s workouts will be at 4:30 & 5:30PM. This workout will be located at Wylie Community Park, the specific parking lot is marked on the map I linked. No registration needed, come join us.

We are getting closer to having a building! The city ruled in our favor on a major portion of it, and the building manager is making some upgrades for us. Should be moving in a couple weeks from now!

2012 CrossFit Games Regional Workouts, should be interesting! Your’s truly has the honor of judging these events next weekend in San Antonio.
