Does not have to be T&G

Conditioning
In teams of 2, AMRAP in 24 min:
70 Calorie Row
60 Thrusters (95/65)
50 Box Jumps (24/20)
40 Pullups
30 KB Swings (70/53)
20 Yard Partner Wheelbarrow Walk (down 20y, switch, & back 20y)

Start at different stations if needed. 

Extra
Snatch from Blocks above knee: 5×2 @ 85%

3 Rounds not for Time:
Bench Press @ 60% x 10 reps
20 Ring Dips as fast as possible
Rest 2-3 min
