20 min AMRAP:

In teams of 3, with one team member per station

Station 1 – 200m Run
Station 2 – 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
Station 3 – 5 Man Makers (45/25)

Rotate through as everyone finishes each station.

Extra
1 Snatch + 2 Hang Snatch + 3 Over Head Squat
Establish a Max for the complex 

10 Min AMRAP:
200ft Shuttle Run (50ft down & back x2)
10 Power Clean (135/95)
10 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)
10 Back Squat (135/95)
