B) Clean and Jerk: 3@60%, 2+1@70%, 2+1@80%, 3×2+1@85%
C) Clean-Jerk (basically a clean immediately into a split jerk, think thruster from the ground but into a split): 3@60%, 2@70%, 3×1@75/%
D) Front Squat: 2@75%, 2@85%, 2×2@95%
E) Clean Deadlift: 5@100%, 5@105%, 3×5@110-115%
