Saturday Schedule
No regular classes, closed for weightlifting clinic.

At-Home-WOD / Competition Training

1) Three sets, not for time, of:
7-10 Strict Pullups (go find a park if you don’t have PU bar)
6-12 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
10-15 V-Ups

2) 20 Min AMRAP:
20 Dumbbell Thrusters
400 Meter Run
20 Burpees
If you don’t have dumbbells, find something (bricks, a stool, something) or just do air squats. Post load and scores to comments.
