Workout of the Day
In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete:
80 Knees-to-Elbow
600 Meter Run
80 Wallballs
600 Meter Run
80 Burpees
600 Meter Run

Run is done as team, together, shoulder to shoulder. 

Extra

1 Clean & Jerk at 85% every 2 minutes for Max Reps without missing
After 10 makes, rest goes down to 1 minute. Record number reps (sets) and load.

3xME Handstand Pushup
Max reps strict then switch to kipping on each set.
